Summer has come early!!

It was unseasonably warm last weekend with temps in the mid 20's, im not impressed really, i was enjoying the cooler weather and we have all of summer to enjoy the heat haha...we made the most of it though, we took the kiddies for a big walk along the sandgate boardwalk and to the park there....

Ava loves riding her scooter and is getting very good at it :)

As we walked further along the boardwalk....a big fog blew in, it was quite amazing to walk through it

The park was heaps of fun....Hudson loves to swing, and Ava loves anything she can climb :)

They loved a bit of double slide action :)

Busy Busy Busy

Wow, we've had a full couple of weeks! I havent had a chance to update my bloggy.


Last weekend my beautiful friend Kellie and her gorgeous lil boy Toby came up from Sydney to visit us....we had a lovely time, Kellie and I had our hair done oh la la....and the kids had a great time playing....Ava loves baby Toby :) Hudson loved having Toby here too and he thought it was great showing off his toys to him!


Thanks so much for coming up to see us Kellie & Toby, love you loads......wish we lived closer :(

Movie Time !!

After spending all week at home, due to me having yet another throat infection and having zero energy, we thought we would treat Ava to the movies today while Hudson had a playdate with Nonna & Grandad!

We went and saw Toy Story 3 in 3D...it was great, Ava loved it and was so good, although she didnt think much of wearing the 3D glasses....she is Toy Story obsessed :)....she says she is going to be a 'Space Wanger' tehe!!


We stopped off at sushi train for lunch....yummy!


Hudson had a ball at Nonna & Grandad's...they stacked cups, played with trucks and spent some time walking outside....Huddy is such great walker already, so steady on his feet....clever little man...and he just adores his Non's and Grandad xx

Je T'aime = I Love You xx

I love you...I must say it to my two beautiful children Ava Rose and Hudson Matthew 100 times a day...so i thought it was only fitting that my blog be named Je T'aime....french for 'I Love You'...why french? why not, its cute :)

We've just celebrated Hudson's 1st birthday on sunday (11/07/10)....it was a fabulous day, we had a garden party with family and friends....

and we were very lucky to have two very special guests fly up from Melbourne to help us celebrate...thanks Deb & Scarlette....

we loved having you stay with us for a few days, it is always great to spend time with you guys, I so wish we lived closer :(

Deb helped me to make a fabulous cake, thanks gorgeous...im so happy with how it turned out......

Wow, its hard to believe a year has passed since Hudson made his speedy arrival into the world....and what a year it has been, challenging, hard work at times, but so so rewarding and so many fun times :) Our little girl will be 3 in just over 4 weeks...wow, more party planning :D Busy Busy Busy!!
